If you have a basic subscription, you can reset your access code or moderator PIN and the system will automatically generate a new code or PIN for you.

If you have a premium account, you will be able to use any code of your choice, as long as there are no other hosts in the same company who have that same code.

1. Click on the settings cog at the top of your account dashboard

2. Select 'Access code' or 'Moderator PIN' from the left hand menu

3. Enter the desired code/PIN as instructed on that page
