The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has recently approved a new regulation that impacts all vendors who provide free conferencing services. Unfortunately, as a result of the new regulations, certain access numbers are no longer available. We've put together some great options for you below. Please review and if you have questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Write to us at [email protected]

You can read in more details about this new regulation here:

As a  result of these changes, we've had to replace most of the existing numbers. For those who would like to keep their current number, we have a limited capacity where users will be able to purchase a plan that would allow them to retain their existing number.

FAQs:

Can I still keep my old dial-in number or is it too late?
Yes, you can! From as little as $9.99/month you will be able to keep your dial-in number and access code as they are now. You will also get access to additional security features, unlimited recording and unlimited usage. Contact customer support to find out how.

What will happen to my old dial-in number?
Your old dial-in number will be accessible, but participants will hear a message directing them to a new number. If you upgrade to a paid subscription, you will be able to keep the old dial-in number and it will work as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know we are here to help every step of the way.
